You are please requested to enter the maximum possible details of the issue you are facing, so that we can diagnose and resolve the problem at the earliest possible.
- You will receive the response for your registered complaint within 24 hours of complaint registration via email or telephonically depending on the nature of problem.
- Maximum Complaint resolution time will be 72 hours although we try to resolve the complaint within first 48 hours.
