Software Product Support Applicability:
- Installed version: Customers using this version of product need to enroll themselves for getting the support and upgrades.
- Online / Cloud version: Customers with this version will not be charged anything for product support and services, as this responsibility lies with us only.

Why one should enroll for the product support:
- Stress-free and trouble-free use of the product.
- New features and functionality improvements are included in the product based on continuous customer feedbacks.

Product Support Process:
- Full tracking of customer complaints for ensuring the quality service.
- Time period for fixing the issue: 3 working days i.e. maximum 72 hours
- Periodic review of customer installation to offer technology recommendations.

Support Plans:
It comes in the form of Annual Maintenance Contract that includes:
- Unlimited Technical Product Support via Email, Telephone and Remote Connection.
- Product upgrades and 2 free trainings of the new features coming alongwith those upgrades.
